The menu also features a wide selection of fish, as well as wines that are perfectly assigned to each dish, which certainly simplifies the choice of wine for the restaurant's guest As for the cuisine itself, I tried a few suggestions from the menu and none of them disappointed me. Everything was very tasty, distinctive, fresh and nicely served. The tuna carpaccio with wasabi was very good, the beef tartare also. The cream of Jerusalem artichoke had a perfect, slightly nutty taste and a creamy texture. Beef tenderloin with pepper demi glace sauce - its degree of frying just what I ordered. And finally, dessert: cream cheesecake with strawberries, meringue and chocolate ice cream would satisfy even the most demanding customer. To sum up, I think that the Vanilla Sky Restaurant represents a really high level and the prices itself, for a restaurant located in a 5-star hotel, do not differ at all from other restaurants in Krakow."
